I am 16 DPO and have not started period. I took a test this morning and it was negative. I have PCOS and was on 100 mg Clomid and 1500 mg Metformin this cycle. I had an HCG injection and ovulation was verified with ultrasound and progesterone level on 7 dpo (P4) My clinic says I should wait until I have either a positive preg test or my period. It seems unlikely that I would not have either a positive test or my period by now. The test I used said it could detect to 20 MIU/ML. Any ideas? Thanks!! I’m not a very patient person and I’m going crazy!!
