Are we heading for heartache with the following numbers? 17,345 count on Friday, 21,462 count on Monday, vaginal ultrasound on Monday showed two possible sacks with no heartbeats or tadpole feature, just a "yolk sack" as the doctor called it. I have another vaginal ultrasound scheduled for 10 days. Looking good or looking bad?
