My doc has a problem getting my baby's heartbeat on doppler too. She said that the movement of the baby is normal. I had an appointment last week and she had to press on my stomach and literally corner the baby to get a heartbeat. When she did, the baby started kicking or hitting the doppler! It was quite funny! My doc just said that we keep catching the baby at his/her "active" time of the day and not to be concerned...as for the bleeding I wish I could help...wait and see what the docs on here say. Good luck!
