It could be that you are rushing around not paying attention or even sleeping when the baby is up and moving around. I felt a lot of movement the first week or so and now I don't notice it as much. My doctor figures it is because I'm more active and just not paying close enough attention. My doctor said that if I started to get concerned, to drink a glass of orange juice or something else sweet and lay down. I usually do this at night while I'm laying in bed reading. Within a half hour to an hour, I can start to feel the baby move. I do think that being overweight may have something to do with feeling the baby move. Wait and see what the doctors on the post say.
