Katrin, I hope you get the chance to breastfeed. Have you talked to your doctor at all? My cousin had a choice of whether she wanted to have a natural birth or have a c-section because of her conditions. She was afraid of complications during a natural birth b/c of the lupus so she opted for the c-section.
