I am 26 weeks pregnant tomorrow and my doctor discovered this week that my cervix is extremly soft and is dialated to a fingertip. Of course I am scared to death now that this baby will come way to early. My doctor has placed me on bedrest and I have to go on Tuesday to have a cervical length taken by ultrasound. has anyone had this experience? What are my chances of carrying this baby till it is atleast safe to deliver? What are my options with this disorder?
