Bleeding after Pap smear when pregnant.

I had a Pap Smear over a year ago when I was not pregnant. I didn't feel anything and hardly see any blood. However, this time, it hurt during the test and I saw about 2 CC blood so far. I was given a pad for it which I noticed to be the thickest pad on the table. For the ultrasound exam after the Pap smear, they used a handheld transducer on my stomach instead of a vaginal transducer as I was told before Pap smear.

Do pregnant women tend to bleed more after Pap smear?
