Hi there - not so much painful to the touch, but if I am sitting down, especially on the first day of pain it hurts. I also get very sharp pains when I make any quick moves (rolling over in bed, getting up too fast...) I also have one day of non-stop aching on ovulation day. Very strange. Hope we figure out what's wrong with us!
