No health insurance so no prenatal care, worried about missed miscarriage

Hi, I am currently 9 weeks pg. We do not have insurance and will not be able to get indsurance for prenatal care for at least another 8-10 weeks(paperwork, approval, red tape, etc). In previous pgs, I have been reassured that everything is going smoothly by hearing the hearbeat via doppler around 11 weeks. With this pg, that is not a possibilty. The earliest that I will have an appointment will be around 17 weeks. I am concerned about a missed miscarriage and the health effects of detecting one at such a late date. If anything had happened, normally I would know about it in the next few weeks instead now I must wait for the next few months. I am not spotting or bleeding. The only reason I am concerned is that all of my pg came to a sudden stop. On Saturday, I had morning sickness (all day sickness), vivid dreams at night, and fatigue. On Sunday, the symptoms diminsihed and today on Mon, they are all gone. I feel great, just like my normal self! In my previous pg, my typical first strimester symptoms usually subsided somewhere around 12-14 weeks. I am sure of my conception date as I was charting so I am not off by a week or two. I know you cant address whether I had a miscarriage or not. I am just wondering if the worst case scenario did happen and I had a missed miscarriage, would there be any health consequences of waiting a few months to detect it?

TIA for any advice.

-Julie
