I don't think any insurance would pay for it but you can have ultrasounds done to determine the number of follicles that are of a good size to be released. I would think this would be rather expensive. I also think that it would be rather rare (but definitely not unheard of) to have 2 sets of twins. Many families have a disposition toward twins but there's usually only 1 set per couple. Twins run in my grandmother's family. She had 1 set of fraternal boys, a still birth, then single girls 14 months apart.
