Hi Kim, Not a doc, but I am a fellow migraine sufferer who is due in 3 weeks. How often are you needing to take the Percocet? I took Vicodin (less strong but still a narcotic) off and on thru the first two trimesters but then my headaches eased up and I've tapered to none now, and plan not to take any more during the PG, even if I have to suffer through a headache or two. From what I understand, the main concern with these drugs is addiction in you and the baby. If you've been taking it often throughout your whole PG, your doc really should be talking to you about this.
