I had a positive opk on Wednesday with first morning urine and a negative opk on Thursday morning. Had fever on both days due to a cold. I also had some creamy cm on wednesday and Thursday. I was taking all kinds cold meds with psuedoephedrine, dextromethorphan, and guaifenisen. On Saturday afternoon had an enormous amount of egg white cervical fluid but only noticed it one time and also had light cramping on one side. No noticeable cm on Sunday. Was the OPK wrong? When did I ovulate? Very confused.
