Best way to find out is to take a test - anything is possible, especially if you have other symptoms. However, it was probably just had a long cycle, which happens from time to time, and the short bleeding was due to inadequate ovulation or annovulation. If you don't usually have long to very long cycles with slight or irregular bleeding, it's nothing to worry about. Good luck. Not a doc.
