it's possible, especially with a later implantation. I didn't test positive until 19 DPO (and am now about 40 DPO- so it's pretty recent for me). I had tested neg on 14 and 16 DPO with 50 ui tests and the + came with a 25 ui test. In all fairness though, I am now pretty convinced that there was something wrong with the 50 ui tests- they were a brand/method I had never seen before (I live in France), and when I got the + it happened SO FAST that I was immediately suspicious of the other 2.
