breastfeeding a toddler while pregnant

Hi,

I've just tested positive and won't get to see my doctor for at least a few weeks, so I'd like some interim advice on nutrition. I'm breastfeeding my very healthy 16 month old 3-4 times daily and at night, and am in no rush to stop. How do I need to adjust my nutrition so that the embryo/fetus, the toddler, and I are all getting what we need? Also, is the risk of miscarrying due to lactation an issue throughout the pregnancy or only during certain months?

many thanks

sharon
