When do you start to feel pregnant?

I am 5 weeks past conception (confirmed by 2 HPTs), but do not feel in the slightest bit pregnant. I appreciate every experience is different, but from everything I've read, I should be feeling something by now, like soreness of breasts etc.

I will be going for my first check up shortly, so I'm sure I'll find out then, but hopefully someone can put my mind at rest until then.
