Anything else I need to know about it? it is well known that sperms carrying X chromosome fertilze the egg(X) to get girl with XX, to know which sperms carries the X will be observational, the lighter one could bear X,so it is difficult to give a success rate. I do not think this will change the chance of getting pregnant with IUI which is usually 12-15%,cost differ from center to center.
