the second is not worse and sometimes take a littil bit longer time if there is adhesion from the previous one,the good thing about anasethesia is that this is not the first time for you to have anasethesia,so there is no need to worry. I personally did cS after previous 5 CS and nothing was abnormal except some adhesion which we used to deal with.
