My husband and I would like to get pregnant. However I have been on antidepressants for close to five years. I have tried to stop medication however I am just not healthy at all without it. I am currently taking Effexor 75 mg. In the past I have taken Celexa and Paxil successfully. I get conflicting reports regarding antidepressants during pregnancy. What should I do stay on Effexor? Change to a safer med and if so what would that be? Or do I have to be completely off antidepressants?
