Since I am having an IUI this month, my husband and I are contemplating washing his sperm to get a girl. Does this really work? What are the chances of getting a girl? Does it change your chances of getting pregnant at all duing an IUI? Is there anything else I need to know about this that I haven't asked? ........ My husband has a healthy count.... He is wonder wad. I am the one with the problem getting pregnant. I have a nine month old boy who was conceived right after a laperoscopy to lazer endo, followed by heavy clomid and IUI.
