Pam, I don't see how a baking soda bath can harm you, but I'm not a doctor so I'm not positive. Douching is not a good idea no matter what you use - in most books and websites I've read that douching with anything, even just water, can force bacteria up into your tubes and cause all kinds of problems. I doubt the bath will hurt but wait for a doctor's response just in case. Good luck while ttc!
