congestion and sneezing is quite normal during pregnancy. Something to do with the increase of hormones in your body. Nosebleeds also become quite common (had one the other day - first one ever in my life!) I have been reassured that it's normal. My doctor told me to use a humidifier while I sleep to relieve nasal congestion, swollen sinuses, and to prevent nosebleeds. As long as you feel fine, I wouldn't worry about it. If you start to have other symptoms, such as a sore throat or fever, call your doctor because this may be a sign of infection.
