When I found out I was pregnant, I was 7 weeks. I asked my doctor if I could continue with my exercise program and she advised me that it was ok, as long as my heartrate didn't go above 135 and I didn't over work myself. As soon as I felt tiredness or breathlessness, I was to stop. I was also told to drink plenty of water before, during, and after exercise to avoid dehydration and overheating. Unfortunately I developed some complications and I can no longer continue my exercise program. Your nutritional supplement shouldn't hurt, it all depends on what kind of nutrients are in it. Does your doctor know that you are on a supplement? Many people just assume that extra vitamins and minerals won't harm you but if you are taking this supplement in addition to your normal meals AND prenatal vitamins, you should make sure you aren't getting too much of some vitamins. Run it by your doctor at your next visit. Good luck!
