According to the forum, anywhere from 6 to 7 weeks you should see a fetal pole. I would wait it out. Maybe your dates are off by a week or so. If it is a miscarriage, it may occur within a few days or not for a few weeks. Some doctors suggest a D & C right away and some don't. It's usually the patient's choice. I'll keep you in my prayers.
