It is very common! You can't reach the sink to do dishes even!

There are some things you want to be sure of tho-- are you taking your vitamins, especially 400iu of vitamin e and plenty of b-complex vitamins. Take a b-50 twice a day. Is your iron good? Sometimes iron is high enough, but other nutrients that your blood needs are low, and docs don't test for that usually.

I feel so much better when i take something green-- chlorophyll, alfalfa tablets, wheat grass, spirulina. There's liquid, pills and powder. Take two tablespoons a day of chlorophyll-- and it is very good for your baby! They usually don't need vitamin K shot if take plenty of greens before birth. And Clorophyll is inexpensive. Alfalfa is good for lactation too.

I still take naps, but i'm awake when i'm awake! Many other ladies have experienced the same thing. make sure you get 60-80 grams of protein a day,

And congrats on your baby!
