Where to start.. my last pregenancy, baby number 5 at 35 yrs old I developed blood clots in my lungs at 12 weeks gestation. Abortion was out of the question and was put on injections 3x a day. Deliverd a healthy baby boy at 37 weeks gestation then went on blood thinners orally for about 5 months. Five years later developed blood clots in my other lung and placed back on coumadin. Three years on them now and wish to have another baby. Am 43 yrs old. Health has not been the best, high blood pressure - contolled thru pills, high cholestrol- controlled by pills and the coumadin, asthma which was controlled thru inhalers but have changed my geograhical location 1.5 yrs ago and have been inhaler free for a year now. I have been very over weight since conceving baby 5 but am determind to lose 50+ lbs before becoming pregnant. So anyone any words of wisdom, been thru something like this.. don't need comments on being too old, or have enough kids or any of that.. will get that from family when they find out when I get pregnant...lol
