I have heard that putting a pillow under your hips and buttocks after intercourse can help the sperm reach the cervix. However, I also heard that using a large pillow can interfere. What size pillow is most effective? I had bought a new, bed pillow for this purpose, but so far have had no luck. I know that it can take several months to conceive, but I want to make sure that I am helping the process rather than hurting it. Thank you.
