What is a "childbirth educator" anyway? Where do you teach and what are your credentials? Anyone, even without any credentials, can be a "childbirth educator." If employed by a hospital, a childbirth educator usually has to be an R.N. Anyone seeing a "childbirth educator" should know exactly what they are paying for, or they could put themselves and the baby at risk. And anyone with pre-eclampia shouldn't play around with a diet- they need medical help ASAP.
