Ureaplasma should cause problems getting pregnant, not being pregnant.
We often do not find a cause for a stillbirth. So many can be because
of multifactorial problems. I know a tragic thing has happened to your
family, but I would be encouraged that no 'medical problem' was found,
and this would suggest to me it would be safe to try again when you are
ready.
