You ask many difficult questions in your treatise. I will try to address one of them, and that is an induction 2 weeks early. Altho this makes a lot of sense--smaller head/body, easier birth, It does not always work that way. When trying to induce too soon, you run the risk of some breathing problems with the baby (less than 5%) and the biggest fear, your uterus will poop out, and we will commit you to a c-section that if you would have entered labor naturally, would not have happened. If your cervix is favorable at 38 weeks, that would be your best bet. Medicine and obstetrics is a art, you are asking for absolutes where none exist. Good Luck to you.
