**GOT THE ANSWER ON MY OWN TO MISSED QUESTION**

I just called the genetics department at Cornell/NY Hospital (where I had the amnio done) and asked a counselor this question since no one on the website had answers. Turns out that the FISH test, which examines chromosomes 13, 18, 21, X and Y, covers more than 90% of what can go wrong. Needless to say, I am VERY relieved -- it means chances are that my little B-O-Y is F-I-N-E!!!!! It sure was worth $400 to hear such good news.
