It's a bit late for you, but all women should stay in shape during pregnancy. There are different excercise books, most reccommend walking and pelvic tilts as well as the all important Kegel excercises.

Try to keep as good of posture as you can, eat well, and and i wouldn't worry. Your cervix is the part that has to open before baby can come out, so your'e not going to be walking a long and have him fall out!

Do you need a c-section? I have a friend who had two sections and then two babies vaginally. if you have extra fat babies, drink 2 percent milk instead of whole, and don't eat sweets for the last 8 weeks of pregnancy especially. Eating lots of fruits and veggies is always a good idea! Smaller moms that wish to deliver vaginally (i'm tall and have a roomy pelvis) need to be extra sure to eat well.

take care
