**MISSED SEVERAL TIMES*** Depo Provera/Pregnancy??

I am really hoping to be able to find some help here with this ongoing search for information or at least answers to my questions.

First I am a Gastric By-pass patient, I have lost 120 lbs in the last 15 months. I am at a stable weight of about 224, this fluctuates on any given day a few pounds, but that is very normal. I began getting the Depo Provera shot in April of this year, again in June and never experienced any problems until the last shot in September, I was 3 days late getting the shot, immediately started cramping as well as the migraines.

In October the cramping was so severe that it caused two trips to the ER, and a full exam with my Gynocologist. Determined that it was the Depo shot causing the problems I am no longer able to get the shot. My next one would have been today Dec. 10th. So here are the questions:

1. Could I have rapidly absorbed or even flushed out the shot from my body due to the constant weight fluctuations?

2. Is it possible (I have all the signs, frequent urination, breast tenderness, fatigue, emotional, some light cramping, hungry) that I could be pregnant and due to the shot the chemicals in my body not allow me to test out? I have taken 4 Home Pregnancy Tests (HPT) and had one blood test done last Monday.

3. What kinds of things should I be looking for if it is possible that my chemical balances are just not going to show the pregnancy at this time?

I am very healthy, all other lab work comes back completely normal showing that I am very healthy.
