Any advice??? >Julie Well Julie, the only thing I can think of is because of the number of childre you have had. When a woman has numerous deliveries, there is a loss of muscle tone. Maybe you could talk to your Ob about some small exercises you could do. Maybe Kegals or pelvic tilts...good luck to you
