Anna, I'm curious as to why you were tested for gestational diabetes so early in pregnancy. My doctor says that it's not routine until 28 weeks. Were you showing symptoms or have an increased risk? I was told that I have a greater chance of developing gestational diabetes because a large number of my relatives are diabetic but still am not being tested until 28 weeks. I'm sorry I couldn't answer your questions, I hope someone on here can help you out. Best wishes!
