I have had sharp pains throughout my pregnancy and my doctor and several doctors in the ER haven't found anything wrong. I'm not a doctor but I would recommend mentioning this to him. Take note of how often it occurs, how long it lasts, if anything triggers it or makes it ease up. This will help your doctor out a lot. Best wishes!
