I dont recomend the castor oil, sorry. I tried that one too,however all I ended up doing was sitting on the toilet going to the bathroom all night! Very uncomfortable, especially when your big and anxious!! I would recomend walking. Take a stroll around the block, or up and down steps!! Good luck:)
