Take a home pregnancy test. They are pretty accurate and you can buy them about anywhere. You also contact your local Planned Parenthood or similar organization for a test and counseling on birth control for the future. They will not notify your family and you can get birth control free or for a greatly discounted rate depending on your situation. Good luck
