I had a yeast infection almost my entire pregnancy and just got to the point where it was not very pleasurable during intercourse so decided to do something about it. My OB said a yeast infection is not harmful to the baby because it is in the vagina and I used Monistat 1 (i think) and it took the Yeast Infection right away. THANK GOD. Not too sure about the pill. I probably wouldn't take the pill cause I am just scared about stuff like that. Good Luck
