I am 9.5 weeks along and have developed this sympton in the last week. I seem to remember I had it with my son but can't find any information on what it is caused from. My breasts have been enlarged and sore since 5 weeks. It is as if an electric current is flashing through my breasts, and is quite uncomfortable. The only thing I can compare the feeling to is when first breastfeeding the "let down" sensation. What is this?
