Hi I was wondering if you can have sore breast and be pregnant but still not have a positive hpt? If not what could cause my breast to be sore its not usual for me.I am on cd 24 and have had sore breast since cd 21. I took a early result hpt this morning but neg. Im not really sure when I ovulated cause I had a .2 degree rise on cd 13 but a fall on cd 14. My temps are still pretty high today (98.2) coverline 97.6. Thanks
