AZIZ, PLEASE HELP) i am on alert for foetal >movements and will notice if they decrease. >please advise as the way things happen in india is quite different from >where u all are. >this baby is too precious for me.trying to keep calm but rational and >taking care. that is the best approach. >thanks all.it feels good to come here. >anu from this history it seem that cerclage has no place in treatment, the main problem is diabetes which I think you have before pregnancy but not controlled well.although polyhydramnios is a usual sign with uncontrolled diabetes,make sure it is not from fetal anomalies like neural tube defects,make sure that your blood sugar is well control,you can check hemoglobin Ac to judge about controll in the past two months, a triple insulin regim would be effective in controlling diabetes and from 28 weeks start having CTG and fetal biophysical profile weekly,increased to biweekly and treat any infection that might cause rupture membranes i.e have a high vaginal swab.hoping to complete the pregnancy and have a healthy baby.Esscpect aelective CS at 38 weeks.
