I started looking up what was in Proxeed (a new suppliment perscribed by REs for low sperm count - results have been very good but you must order it and it is expensive) These are the things I have my DH on and the Urologist said were good:(some are taken in morning and some in evening to break it all up)

ZMA Anabolic Mineral Support Formula(which contains total):

90 mg Zinc 31.5 mg B-6 1,350 mg Magnesium (Zinc is very important but can make him tired-good night time pills)

Advanced Multi vitamin with Herbs(any multi without iron is good-just to cover a little of everything) 5000 IU Vitamin A, 6 mg Vitamin B-6, 120 mg Vitamin C,400 IU Vitamin D, 60IU vitamin E,80 mcg Vitamin K, 400 mcg Folic Acid, Thiamin,Niacin,Biotin, Pantholic Acid

All of these are a must: 3,000mg L-Carnatine,400 IU Vitamin E, 100mg B-12 (A b-complex instead would be good, 400 mcg Folic Acid (another essential),1,000mg Vitamin C (might be too much but any unused is expelled and not dangerous), 10mg Coenzyme Q10 Hope this helps - like i said --it has improved his numbers just in 6 weeks - it will take three months to see any significant change.
