Your low progesterone level may indicate a luteal body insufficiency and
not an early menopause. Having a period doesn't not necessarily mean
you have ovulated. You may have what is termed an anovulatory cycle. It
would be a good idea to have your husband abstain from alcohol and visit
an urologist. A treatment cycle with vitamine E may be needed to
improve the percentage of morphologically normal spermatozoa. Good
