Sorry I'm just now getting back to you. I haven't checked the forum since last Wednesday at work! Anyways...I personally hyperstimulate EXTREMELY easily. What is weird though is I never did when I was trying to get pg with my daughter! Only now...I guess because the PCOS has worsened. IF you hyperstimulate you'll know it! It usually happens about a week to ten days after you finish your last clomid. (at least that when it does with me) Your ovaries are really sore. They don't necessarily ache, but they hurt really bad if you push on them, or lay on your stomache, or put on tight waisted jeans...any type of pressure. You just generally feel swollen, and in my case, I peed ALL OF THE TIME! It was like being 4 mos pg! I know hyperstimulation is really not healthy, but I really wouldn't worry too much about it. (1.) you're probably going to be fine on this dosage. (2.) I've hyperstimulated SEVERAL times and to the extent of being in so much pain that I had to go to the E.R. and never have I ever even come close to losing an ovary or tube. (my ovaries were 9cm each once!) I'm sure you'll be fine. However, I definately think your Dr. should be monitoring you. If you experience even the slightest bit of pain or discomfort, stop taking the clomid until you see the Dr. again. Now, about side efeects...I think I'm one of the most sensitive people in the world to medication ( I fall asleep with ANYTHING) That dosage will probably have no side effects whatsoever. At the most, you might have a hot flash or two but thats unlikely at this dosage. The only side efeect I've ever had was Hellacious hot flashes! But...I didn't start having those until I was up to 150mgs a day. I've never gotten sleepy or lightheaded. But as you said...everybody is different. Anyways...sory this was so long. Hope I helped.
