anti-depressant medication like Zoloft and Lorazepam are in a category of medication which haven't been proven nor disproven to be of harm to the unborn child. Their use during pregnancy, however, is based on the overwhelming advantages that can be obtained from their administration to specific patients. Tapering off the medication has to be discussed with your physicians who understand your situation best.
