I am not a dr. but hope I can help you. First check with your dr. because i'm not sure if there are more precautions taken with twins, but when I was pregnant with my son I was a flight attendant. For the first 6 months of my pregnancy I flew 80 hours a month. I flew domestic, to Europe and to Asia (which from NY is a 14 hour flt) I would recommend that you get up and walk often and bring a ton of bottled water. Have a great time! Also make sure to request an aisle seat.
