"If an incarcerated uterus is diagnosed, the first treatment is positional; periods of time are spent in the "knee-chest" position and the patient is advised to sleep on her stomach. If this doesn't work, anaesthesia and correction is usually employed." ANd all the research I've done says that you are in the right timeframe for them to be trying to reposition the uterus. Have you tried the "knee-chest" position (I assume curled up in a ball)? Another suggestion I read was to do pelvic tilts on your hands and knees. Good luck!
