Do any OB's out there have experience with Incarcerated uterus? Scared here..

I am 12 weeks 5 days and have severly retroflexed, incarcerated uterus.
I have a foley catheter as I have not been able to urinate at all for a
week. ON MOnday, my ob and his partner, who have never seen a single
case of this, will try to reposition the uterus. He tried Wednesday,
with only a little success.
HAve you any experience/success with this? WHat are my chances of good
outcome? WHat can I expect from the procedure? Baby looks perfect, but
pain is getting worse (backaches, bladder). I feel very alone and
scared. I can find almost no information on it.
