Yesterday I had a transvaginal ultrasound done to confirm my pregnancy, but they didn't see a gestational sac. I should have been 5 weeks, 2 days pregnant. I'm very sure of when I conceived (w/in a few days anyway). I've heard that you should be able to see a gestational sac by now. I've had one miscarriage already (no living children) and am very worried.
